REDGUM WINE ESTATE
Redgum Wine Estate sits on the edge of the Darling Escarpment, where the vines roll out toward the Marrinup State Forest and the views stretch all the way to the coast. A giant old red gum stands over the cellar door, which the estate is named after.
The land was once an overgrown, half-forgotten vineyard. In 2018, Maree and Ben took it on and spent four years bringing it back — replanting the vines and building the cellar door by hand! It reopened in December 2023, part farmhouse, part French countryside, with a fireplace for the cold months and an alfresco looking out over the valley for the warmer ones.
It’s still a small, family-run estate. Maree and Ben are there most weekends, pouring the wine themselv — just a family who’s spent years caring for this land, and who bring that same care to the weddings held here.

Planning a wedding can quickly become overwhelming. Our role as the exclusive coordinators for Redgum Wine Estate is to remove that pressure, guide you through the process and bring all the moving pieces together so that when the day arrives, everything simply works. For the past eight years, Infinity Weddings has helped couples create weddings that feel effortless, beautifully considered, and flawlessly executed.
Angela is the Infinity Weddings Director and is known for her calm approach, thoughtful planning style and the genuine care she shows every couple she works with.
Tash, the original founder of Infinity Weddings, is now focusing on coordinating select weddings and designing
Florals exclusively for Infinity couples. Tash built the business with a passion for helping couples create wedding days that feel seamless, personal and beautifully styled.

Wedding Packages
Some days are meant to be remembered forever. The Estate Wedding is your full day at Redgum — exclusively yours from the moment you arrive, to the last song of the night. Surrounded by ancient trees, rolling vines, and golden light, you will have two dedicated teams working seamlessly behind the scenes so you can simply be present in every moment.

Love at Lunchtime:
Love at Lunchtime is a relaxed, beautifully styled celebration in Redgum’s alfresco space — bathed in natural light, fresh flowers, and an intimate gathering of your favourite people.

- Access to the property for your ceremony and photography

- Exclusive hire of the Alfresco Space
- Redgum Rover Buggy with driver for 2 hours
- Seated shared banquet lunch
- Bar tab (minimum spend applies)

Let’ s Elope:
Let’s Elope is for couples who want something real — a ceremony that feels personal, unhurried, and entirely yours. Redgum’s sweeping estate is your backdrop, and Infinity takes care of everything else so you can just breathe it all in.

- Non-exclusive access to the estate for up to 4 hours
- Choice of ceremony location across the estate
- Gourmet picnic basket, luxurious rug, sparkling wine on ice
- Experienced celebrant, legals and PA system
- 2 hours of professional photography
- Faux bouquet and buttonhole in your chosen colours
- Planning meeting and vendor management
