- We start with an initial consult to learn your plans
- Provide unlimited access via phone and email
- Provide vendor recommendations as required
- A site visit to walk the space and confirm layout
- Full event order and timing schedule
- In depth floor plan to scale
- Providing the complete vendor team with the event order
- Onsite for your ceremony rehearsal
- Onsite coordination from 12pm until end of formalities
- Onsite contact forth vendors and guests should they require it
- If any issues arise we will be there to problem solve and find a solution discreetly
