Our speciality though? All-inclusive wedding packages. These mightily convenient packages can be customised to your liking, but we really offer the whole shebang.

Meet Tash
Tash has been immersed in the wedding industry since 2012, initially working as a venue coordinator across five-star venues in Perth before exploring the corporate coordination space for a year. This experience confirmed her passion for creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day.
Tash holds an Advanced diploma in Event Management and a certification in Floristry. She also has a special passion for assisting venues in optimising their operations and making their businesses the best they can be.
With over 1,800 events under her belt, she is the experienced all rounder and leader of the Infinity team!
Meet Mike
Mike, affectionately known as “Mr. Infinity,” was Tash’s first ‘team member’ when they launched their business over seven years ago—and he’s long since come to accept that Tash is indeed the boss!
A true jack of all trades, Mike handles everything from custom building hire pieces to maintenance, deliveries, setups, styling, lighting installtions and even tweaking flowers. What might surprise you is that Mike is also an epic second coordinator, seamlessly stepping into the role when needed. His versatility and dedication make him an invaluable part of the team!
Meet Angela
AKA Wedding Coordinator & Logistics Queen
We are so lucky to have this absolute powerhouse as apart of our team!
If you don’t recognise Ang, she has previously spent 7 years at the award winning Millbrook Winery as their wedding coordinator, and prior to that has a background in venue management at places such as the Rydges. She wears a lot of hats at Infinity but is the most part is the main point of contact for enquiries, everyday emails and client planning.

- I used to foster rescue dogs, at one point having 7 dogs in the house including a litter of puppies!
- I love to dance, and spent years in dance classes.
- I have a big love for espresso martini’s
- I adore a good Disney movie and love to sing Disney songs
- I thrive in winter – give me layers and a cold day anytime!
Meet Ella
Wedding Coordinator Assistant
Ella is our junior pocket rocket that has a few different tasks including after school warehouse duties of cleaning and prepping styling items along with assisting the wedding coordinator at Yoothamurra with all the tasks on the ‘day of’.
She’s always coming to work happy and positive and is an absolute delight to have in our team!

- My favourite season is winter because I love the cold weather = rugging up and being warm
- My perfect day would start with eating chocolate and end with eating chocolate
- I have 2 sausage dogs and a French bulldog, which I adore
- One thing I cannot live without.. Italian food
- I don’t go anywhere without my water bottle and lip balm

On Day Coordinator &
Stylist
Bella is coming on with us as a junior coordinator/all-rounder and we are so excited! She has a background is all things hospitality but more recently has worked in weddings and events in the food and bev sector.
Bella has also worked BTS as an offsider for our lead coordinators for over a year so we can’t wait to watch her grow this coming 2024/2025 season!

- I have an extremely high maintenance little pooch named Theo
- Chocolate is my absolute ride or die
- I started off studying Exercise and Sport science before changing to Event Coordination
- I love cyling and spent years racing in BMX and Veledrome
- I LOVE a good spicy margarita
