These packages have been carefully planned out to include everything we are always asked for. Booking this also give you access to our little black book of over 30+ experienced vendors who we can book on your behalf.

Ceremony & Cocktail
Planning
- Initial meeting to discuss your plans, and to assist with any vendors you would like us to book
- Vendor management in the lead up to the day
- Creation of your wedding event order, floorpans and timing
- Meetings as a minimum at 6 months out, and 5 weeks out as well as a site visit if required.
- Unlimited support via email or phone
- On day coordination to handle all logistics so you can enjoy
CEREMONY
- Arbor of choice
- 24 x guests chair
- Signing table, 2 chairs
- Personalised welcome signage & easel
- Hydration station
RECEPTION
- Bar tables & stools
- Lounge sets & coffee tables
- Banquet tables & wooden chairs
- Wine barrels for cake and gift
- Cake knife of choice
- Cards box of choice
- Table lighting of your choice to complimentary
- Cards box of choiceFestoon lighting 60m
- Furniture is provided based on 75% of guest numbers
- Pricing is inclusive of all staffing, set up and packdown
- Based on 50 guests, additional guests are $40pp
