Frequently asked questions
Are the packages customisable?
Absolutely! We include everything and if you need to remove or items items/vendors that is no issue at all.
Does the hire price include delivery and pickup?
Hire items that are priced per piece and do not include delivery. We charge roughly $1 per Km from our 6207 base but do include 100km free travel for all packages booked.
What if an item we hire breaks during the event?
Every stock item has a replacement fee which may be charged if we cannot fix the item.
When you deliver our order, do you setup?
Yes setup of the hire items is included in the delivery however we cannot setup your own items unless this has been prearranged.
Do you charge any surcharges?
Only on public holidays, which is a 10% surcharge to cover staffing.
What is your payment schedule?
For standard hire bookings we require a 35% non refundable deposit, then the balance is due 30 days out from the event. For our all inclusive packages we require a 25% non refundable deposit, 60 days out a 50% payment and then final balance 30 days out.
Are you insured?
We sure are and have public liability insurance.
