Your wedding process
step by step
We’re proud to say that our team has grown a lot in a year so we thought what better time than now to explain the process of working with Infinity?
For coordination clients your first consult, as well as your 6 Month Concept Meeting, will also be with one of them!
Your 5 Week meeting will include the coordinator of your wedding (Mel,Tash or Ang), so you can get to know them, and they can get to know you. You will then meet up at your rehearsal the day before your wedding to run through all the last details and ease any worries you might have.
Our warehouse team (Mike, Toni & Ella) is carefully delivering our beautiful furniture and styling the morning of or the day before your wedding. We are working closely with admin to ensure the setup is perfect. If you have bridal blooms booked with us, these will be delivered the morning of your wedding by Mel.
We work with all the parties involved in your day—the planner, florist, photographer, DJ and catering—to ease your worries before and during your big day! We update each other consistently in regards to our events and clients, so everyone is aware of what’s going on with every single event.
