- A site visit to walk the space and confirm layout if req

Coordination Inclusions
- Provide vendor recommendations as required
- Full event order creation
- In depth floor plan to scale
- Providing the complete vendor team with the event order
- Onsite coordination from 12pm until end of formalities
- Onsite contact for vendors and guests should they require it
- If any issues arise we will be there to problem solve and find a solution
