Dad, it’s your time to shine!

Thanks to Hollywood, we all have a vague idea of what a dad is supposed to be doing on a wedding day but when it becomes real it is another topic… We put together 4 ideas to update your dad on!

Number 1 - Love

As a wedding can be overwhelming, the simplest thing they can be doing is just… Being here.
Be a moral support to your child and help them release the stress!

Number 2 - Walk

If they are walking down the aisle with their child, no need to panic! First of all, we all know how to put foot in front of the other so just do as you know! Second, you can always rehearse with the celebrant the day prior the wedding! It will give you a better idea of what to expect!

Number 3 - Talk

Speaking in front of everyone can be challenging so let’s try to keep it short (2 to 3min) and funny (yes, we are expecting at least a dad’s joke). They will need to practice and to check our post on Do and Dont’s – Speech!

Number 4 - Dance

Father and child’s dance is all about fun! Prepare it together: pick a meaningful song (or not) and practice your best moves!

As it is a private property, you are ensured to have a unique set up, tailored to the space and to your wishes.
